The Colin Ross Institute....to go or not?

I'm really considering getting treatment for my DID at The Colin Ross Institute for Dissociative Disorders up in Dallas. I have been really struggling with depression for many years and going to a hospital that is clueless about DID can be pretty damaging more than helpful to me. I have been hospitalized 6 times and about 3 of those stays were positive ones. I need doctors who support my diagnosis and know what to do to help treat it. I can't keep living the way that I am. It has to be better than this. I'd like to hear from anyone else who has been to a specialty hospital and if it helped or not. It's a big decision for all of us and kind of scary, too. We don't want integration but cooperation amongst parts inside. I am hoping to learn how to do this as trying on my own has not worked that well.
